I've experienced JBF sales events from both sides (as a shopper and a seller), and I understand the benefit it brings to a local community. It helps the families who shop the sales and sell items, and it helps our local charity partners who receive donated items or monetary donations. It is my personal connection with JBF that led me to this opportunity, and it motivates me to bring that same positive experience to other families. JBF is a fantastic resource for every family, and it is my mission to help every family say "YES" to being a part of the JBF family!

I have been married to my amazing husband for 15 years. We are both engineers, and we met while working for the same company in Overland Park, KS (Black & Veatch). He is a construction engineer who builds roads and bridges for a heavy highway contractor based in Pittsburgh, PA (Shikun & Binui, Ltd. - S&B USA), and I designed commercial buildings (airports, retail, office buildings, etc.) in locations all across the country. If you've stepped into a Target store lately, I know all about how they are designed. I am originally a Missouri girl (close to Kansas City) and went to college at the University of Missouri. My husband grew up in NW Minnesota and went to North Dakota State University. Our daughter is the Florida native in our family. She is 14 and in the 8th grade. She is active in sports, dance, and plays violin in the school orchestra. In our free time, we spend a lot of time on the water with jet skis, paddleboards, and kayaks.

Each JBF sale is a community effort, and we are so thankful for all of the team members who make it happen! Sellers who are able to help at the sale get special perks to shop earlier (and bring friends)!
